The location was perfect, just a short walk to creative square. The staff were super friendly and even helped us print our boarding passes for free! The room was spacious and comfortable.

i had the economy twin room which was newly furnished and large with a bathroom. climate control and wi-fi were a very nice touch. the breakfast was tasty and delicious, the check in was easy. i liked this hotel and did not want to leave, totally recommend to friends.

The location is excellent, just minutes from attractions.

My experience was marred by poor sound insulation. I could hear conversations in the hallway and noise from neighboring rooms, which disrupted my sleep. The breakfast options were lacking, and by the time I arrived, many items were already empty and not replenished.

Really needed a kettle in the room!!! The acoustic insulation is woefully inadequate-external noise from nearby events can ruin your peace. Plus, those dated bathroom facilities leave much to be desired!!!

The top floor apartment was spacious enough for our family of 4, with two bathrooms . The location is perfect for exploring, just a short walk to Creative Square with its bustling market and various restaurants. The staff were accommodating, cleaning the apartment daily and providing fresh towels.

The apartment could use some cooking facilities.

I stayed in the Economy Double Room for 3 nights. The room was really clean and had a mini fridge, super convenient. The bed was comfy, and I appreciated the English channels on TV. The WiFi was solid, only dipped once. The bathroom was a bit basic, but the space overall was good for a couple. Plus, the hotel was just a short walk to Skanderbeg Square.

The location of Vila E Arte City Center is superb, just a short walk from Creative Square. The staff were accommodating, helping with daily housekeeping and offering complimentary printing services for travel documents. The room was spacious and comfortable, ideal for my work trip. Breakfast provided a good selection, including fresh fruit and pastries.

The hotel had a modern feel with very clean facilities and a spacious breakfast area. Helpful staff helped us with directions and provided excellent assistance. The breakfast options could improve in temperature, as some items were not warm enough.

The staff was considerate and helpful, making our stay pleasant. Note that parking has extra charges, so plan accordingly.

I enjoyed the location, so many restaurants nearby. The super nice team,, especially this one guy,, Denis, he just made everything easier. I even came late to breakfast, and they still served me food with a smile.

It wasn't exactly cheap,, but it did the job.
